I.P.A.R.S. - Interior Painting And Repair Service, LLC specializes in custom painting and household repairs. We are Licensed and Insured. We provide customers with high-quality service. Our main office is conveniently located in the heart of Lake County.

Jim Sanko has over 25 years experience in home repairs and painting. He has also taken a Uniform Plumbing Code class at Cuesta College, San Luis Obispo, CA. He has done work with concrete, sheetrock, tile, wood flooring, carpentry and painting. See our portfolio for work that we have done.
